Chief Nursing Officer

Responsible for the oversight of the organization and administration of the nursing department including the following areas: Emergency, special procedures, trauma, Swing Bed, inpatient and outpatient, infection control, quality assessment and performance improvement, and employee health in accordance with current applicable federal, state statutes and regulations and facility guidelines. Assure the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times. Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite work flow. Serve as patient advocate.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Works under the direction of a registered nurse and participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, within the objectives, and policies of the department and within the parameters of his/her scope of practice. Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staff and other hospital departments. Assists in health teaching of the patient and family as directed by the Registered Nurse. Functions as patient advocate. Provides nursing care as appropriate for condition of patient.

Pharmacy Technician (PRN)

An experienced Pharmacy Technician is needed at Sabine County Hospital. This position requires valid Pharmacy and Texas licensure; experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is strongly preferred. This position will be 2 days a week plus relief as needed.

Clinic Receptionist

Greeter for the facility, “First Impression” (on the phone and in person) representation for the entire facility. To assist the nurses and providers and act as intermediary in assisting patient needs and answering their phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Clinic Nurse

An experienced LVN is needed at Toledo Bend Family Medicine. This position requires valid Texas licensure; experience in a clinic setting is strongly preferred.

Dietary Cook

Assuring patients and others that consume meals a quality, nutritional meal, attractively served with careful consideration of clinical diets, food allergies, and food intolerances. The Dietary department will be kept in a clean and sanitary manner to support food handling safety.

Housekeeper - Part Time (As Needed)

Assuring the patients, visitors and employees experience a consistently clean and healthy environment any time they are within hospital or clinic facilities.

Housekeeper - Full Time

Assuring the patients, visitors and employees experience a consistently clean and healthy environment any time they are within hospital or clinic facilities.
