Sabine County Hospital Welcomes Kaylee McDaniel as New Administrator

Hemphill, TX – August 18, 2023 – Sabine County Hospital is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kaylee McDaniel as the new Administrator. With an exceptional background in healthcare administration and a profound dedication to providing top-quality patient care, McDaniel brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role.

Kaylee’s journey into healthcare was ignited by her desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. After exploring degrees in pre-pharmacy and social work, McDaniel found her calling in the healthcare sector. “The beautiful thing about healthcare is that I experience and assist with both pharmacy and social work daily,” said McDaniel. “It makes my heart feel full.”

McDaniel’s journey within the healthcare field has been marked by her unwavering commitment to excellence. She started her career at Sabine County Hospital in 2014 as a Registered Nurse, and through dedication and hard work, she climbed the ranks to become the Chief Nursing Officer in June 2022. McDaniel’s determination, coupled with her ability to inspire those around her, caught the attention of hospital leadership, leading to her recent appointment as Administrator in August 2023.

In her free time, McDaniel enjoys spending quality moments with her family and engaging in outdoor activities such as paddleboarding, boat riding, and hunting.
